Mandatory Skills:
Databricks, Azure, Spark, SQL, Data Governance, ETL, Client Facing Skills  & Good Communication, managing onshore/offshore teams with USA/India.
 
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Designing and implementing scalable data architectures, data models, schema designs, and database optimizations.
- Working with various database management systems (RDBMS, NoSQL) and data warehousing tools (Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift).
- Leveraging big data frameworks (e.g., Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) for distributed computing and data processing.
- Developing and maintaining ETL processes using cloud-based data services and tools.
- Implementing and enforcing data governance best practices including data lineage, quality management, and compliance.
- Ensuring data security through a strong understanding of encryption, protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
