Job description

Job Overview & Responsibilities

As an outpatient Occupational Therapist, you'll work with patients to bring them a sense of normalcy and independence through self-care management and activities of daily living. You are comfortable communicating and educating patients, family members, and caregivers on how to best assist with daily routines. This role gives you the opportunity for interdisciplinary team collaboration to ensure the best and most evidenced based practice for our patients.

Qualifications & Pay Range

Qualifications 

  • Graduate ofan AOTAapprovedoccupationaltherapy program 

  • State Licensure in occupational therapy  

  • Registered with NBCOT 

  • Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association 

Compensation & Bonus Structure 

  • Base Salary: $78,000 - $100,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
  • Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
