Job description

Lumi Nails & MedSpa is a boutique luxury nail salon and medical spa opening in Chicago's South Loop. We offer Russian manicures, luxury pedicures, lash and brow services, HydraFacials, chemical peels, neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, PRF treatments, and Pico laser. We are looking for a skilled Medical Aesthetics Injector (RN, NP, or PA) to deliver safe, artful, results-driven injectable treatments in an elevated, supportive environment.

The Role
As our Injector, you will perform neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments, biostimulator and PRF injections, and develop personalized treatment plans for each client. You will work closely with our Medical Director and front desk team to ensure every client receives expert care and a five-star experience.

What You'll Do
Perform neurotoxin, dermal filler, biostimulator, and PRF injectable treatments. Conduct thorough consultations and design customized treatment plans. Maintain detailed, compliant clinical documentation. Educate clients on treatments, aftercare, and product recommendations. Uphold the highest standards of safety, sterility, and patient care. Partner with the Medical Director on protocols and complex cases.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
Active RN, NP, or PA license in Illinois. Hands-on experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers preferred. Strong aesthetic eye and attention to facial anatomy and proportion. Excellent communication and client-care skills. Commitment to safety, sterility, and continuing education.

Compensation
Guaranteed hourly base plus per-treatment commission on all injectables, with a 90-day ramp-up guarantee. Full-Time or Part-Time options available.

Bonus
Existing client following, advanced injectable certifications, or experience with biostimulators and PRF a plus.
