AESTHETIC INJECTOR — NURSE PRACTITIONER OR PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

Full-Time | Dual Role: Red Bank & Old Bridge, NJ | Training Included

Breaking into medical aesthetics can be challenging. Many positions require previous experience, yet few provide the training needed to gain it.

Evolve Med Spa is offering that opportunity.

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a dual role supporting both our Red Bank and Old Bridge clinics. No previous aesthetic experience is required; however, candidates must be genuinely passionate about aesthetics and committed to building a long-term career in the industry.

Candidates must be comfortable dividing their schedule between Red Bank and Old Bridge based on clinic and patient needs.

Selected providers will receive hands-on training tailored to their experience, development, and the clinics' needs. Training may include treatments such as:

• Dermal and lip fillers
• Laser hair removal
• Other advanced aesthetic services

Specific training opportunities may vary based on the provider’s experience, demonstrated competency, and the services offered at each clinic.

Our training extends beyond learning how to perform treatments. Providers receive continued clinical guidance and mentorship as they develop their skills, confidence, and patient base.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Confident communicating with patients and recommending appropriate treatment plans

• Collaborative and able to build positive relationships with the teams at both clinics
• Adaptable and comfortable transitioning between the Red Bank and Old Bridge environments
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while remaining a supportive team member
• Interested in a long-term career—not simply exploring aesthetics as a short-term opportunity

• Starting base pay of $50 per hour
• Hourly compensation begins immediately upon employment and continues once you begin treating patients
• Performance bonuses and a percentage of monthly revenue added once you begin seeing patients
• Potential to earn an additional $10, $20, $30, or more per hour as your patient base and revenue grow

• Holidays off and no overnight shifts
• Benefits available after 30 days of employment

• Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant—no exceptions
• Must hold an active New Jersey license or have already applied and be awaiting issuance
• Must be available to work full-time, approximately 30–40 hours per week
• Must be willing and able to work at both the Red Bank and Old Bridge clinics
• Evening and Saturday availability is required
• Must demonstrate a genuine commitment to training, professional growth, and building a long-term career in aesthetics
