Assembly Production Operator – CGC Cards
Sarasota, FL, On-site, Full-time, Monday–Friday 6:00 pm - 2:30 am schedule
Now offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires starting by August 31, 2026*
We’re looking for an Assembly Production Operator to join our CGC Cards division and support the careful encapsulation of collectible trading, non-trading and sports cards in our Sarasota, FL offices. This is an entry-level position—no prior experience in a production environment necessary—and a great opportunity to start a career with a growing company in the collectibles industry.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS AN ASSEMBLY PRODUCTION OPERATOR:
  • Handle raw collectible products with precision and care in preparation for encapsulation.
  • Operate electronic and manual equipment to perform multi-step encapsulation processes.
  • Follow detailed production procedures and quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor production materials and finished products to identify any issues or defects.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate any workflow challenges or quality concerns.
  • Support additional production tasks as needed based on business demand.

WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • 1–2 years of consistent work experience in any field is preferred; prior experience in a production or operations environment is not required.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to handle delicate materials with care.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
  • Strong work ethic and time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
  • Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Availability to work overtime hours as needed.

  • Hourly rate of $16.00 plus 10% shift differential for second shift positions, Full-time, M-F 6:00 pm - 2:30 am schedule
