Location: Lexington, Kentucky | Employment Type: Full-Time | Compensation: $400,000 – $500,000 Guaranteed Base


The Opportunity

A well-established and growing interventional pain management group in Lexington, Kentucky is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pain Management Physician to join their dynamic patient-focused team. This is an exceptional opportunity offering a guaranteed base salary for the first two years, a comprehensive benefits package, and a heavy interventional procedure focus utilizing cutting-edge pain management technology. After two years the position transitions to a 1099 independent contractor model at 100% of professional fees - offering significant long term earning potential. Full time with no nights and no weekends - this position delivers outstanding work-life balance in one of Kentucky's most vibrant and desirable cities.

  • Guaranteed Base Salary: $400,000 – $500,000 annually - first 2 years

Qualifications

  • MD or DO - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine or Anesthesiology with Pain Medicine fellowship - required
  • Demonstrated expertise in advanced interventional procedures and neuromodulation
  • Active Kentucky medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
  • DEA certification - required
  • Strong clinical judgment with a passion for delivering exceptional patient centered care
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills
