Network Administrator / Sustainment Engineer

Location: Aurora, Colorado — Onsite, Full Time
Contract Duration: 1 year 


Clearance: Active TS/SCI required

Position Overview

We are seeking a Network Administrator / Sustainment Engineer to support network operations within a classified, mission-critical environment. This is a sustainment-focused position responsible for maintaining, monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting existing network infrastructure.

The position is 100% onsite and requires an individual who can work effectively in a classified operational environment while collaborating with engineering and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and support existing network infrastructure and production environments.
  • Perform day-to-day network administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and sustainment activities.
  • Support Dell and Cisco-based network environments.
  • Monitor network performance, availability, and overall system health.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents and service-impacting issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance and configuration activities.
  • Ensure infrastructure remains aligned with applicable security and operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and support teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Support mission-critical network operations within a classified environment.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation related to network configurations, incidents, and maintenance activities.
Required Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Proven experience as a Network Administrator, Network Engineer, or Sustainment Engineer.
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
  • Experience with Dell and Cisco networking environments.
  • Experience maintaining and troubleshooting production infrastructure.
  • Experience working in classified or highly secure environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work onsite full time in Aurora, Colorado.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense or Space Force environments.
  • Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
  • Familiarity with secure network operations and government security requirements.
  • Experience with network configuration, hardware maintenance, and lifecycle sustainment.
  • Relevant networking certifications such as CCNA, Security+, or equivalent.
