Overview

Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Position - Denver, CO

Responsibilities

Presbyterian St.Luke's Medical Center, part of HCA HealthONE, is a premier, full-service hospital with a Level IV NICU-the only one of its kind in the Rocky Mountain region. Our 84-bed NICU within Rocky Mountain Children's provides the highest level of neonatal care, featuring board-certified neonatologists, hospitalists, and more!

We're seeking Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join our dynamic team. You'll work collaboratively with neonatologists in delivering exceptional care to critically ill and premature infants, supporting high-risk deliveries, NICU rounds, and neonatal transport.

  • Provide primary and consultative care in our Level IV NICU
  • Attend high-risk deliveries alongside 24 hour in-house Neo coverage
  • Support complex respiratory, surgical, and subspecialty neonatal cases
  • Participate in neonatal transport and perinatal outreach efforts

Qualifications
      • Master's degree in nursing with NNP specialty certification
      • Active APRN license in Colorado (or in progress)
      • Comfortable working 24-hour in-house shifts
      • New grads encouraged to apply

  • Salary:  $130K-$182K per year based on years of experience for a 1.0 FTE position of 2,080 annual hours. Competitive sign-on bonus amount for experienced NNPs or tuition reimbursement for new NNP graduates.
