SCHEDULE

  • Coverage Type: Inpatient and Outpatient
  • Schedule Type: Clinic/Hospital only
  • Call Type: N/A
  • Dates of Need: Full time need
  • Shift Times: 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Lunch 1 hour
  • Provider Min # Shifts Required: Full Time 35-40
  • Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8
  • Hours Worked for OT to apply: 9 per day
  • Providers require OT hours to be be preapproved "All OT should be preapproved by your clinic manager (Sara Urbani). Please seek preapproval via text with Sara. If you have any questions, please escalate to the PSJH admin team.
  • Rates to be Filled Out on Bid: Clinic only: Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday

CREDENTIALING

  • Current CV (must be uploaded to bid)
  • License: Active only
  • DEA Required: Yes
  • Boards: BC only
  • Skills/Certs: ACLS, BLS

PLEASE ENSURE AN UPDATED CV WITH ALL HOSPITAL AFFILIATIONS IS UPLOADED DURING PRESENTATION.

Attached is a new privileging form that will set expectations for what is needed once a provider is confirmed. Please consider starting to ensure your provider has all of these items to ensure they can qualify for privileges at the time of confirmation.

o All HBS specialties require 2 years of current Hospital clinical activity in the specialty.
o Gaps greater than 3 months must be explained.
o Include current number of case logs upon presentation for surgical specialties.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

inpatient/rounding in Cardiology within the last 2 years required.

We are looking for one provider to cover a Monday-Friday schedule.
