Job description

UTA is seeking an Assistant to support a Music Brand Partnerships agent in our Nashville office. UTA Music represents a diverse roster of premier musical talent, from emerging artists to global superstars, and helps drive client careers through recording opportunities, touring, performances, licensing, and strategic brand partnerships.
The Music Brand Partnerships team works with UTA's music clients to develop campaigns and build partnerships with leading global brands. The ideal candidate is passionate about the music business, curious about how artists connect with brands beyond live performances, and eager to support a fast-moving team at the intersection of music, marketing, and entertainment.
What You'll Do
  • Manage phones, calendars, and meeting preparations.
  • Maintain tracking documents, update spreadsheets, and draft clear internal and external correspondence.
  • Identify opportunities to improve team workflows and build processes that support efficiency, communications, and client service.
  • Liaise with internal teams at all levels, as well as external clients, brand partners, and other industry contacts.
  • Prepare monthly expense reports for review and submit them to accounting for approval.
  • Create marketing decks and presentations for brand clients

What You Need
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience, a plus if working in an assistant capacity
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred but not required
  • Experience with an entertainment company, preferred
  • Strong task management skills, capable of managing several projects simultaneously
  • Highly proficient technical skills with Microsoft Office suite)
  • Familiarity with Adobe
  • Knowledge and curiosity for key players throughout the entertainment industry
  • Understanding of UTA's Client Roster
