Aquatech has an immediate need for a full-time Sales Manager - Mobile Water Solutions to work in our Houston, TX office. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This position will perform the duties described in the job description below and will be considered an Exempt employee.
We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth in the mobile water treatment market across North America. This role focuses on developing and closing short-term "Bridge" and long-term Build-Own-Operate (BOO) opportunities across industrial markets. The successful candidate will be able to identify influence, develop opportunities, and work closely with regional sales managers to develop opportunities identified by the broader team.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
  • 5 years plus of experience in water treatment, industrial services, or related field
  • Proven track record in technical or solution-based sales in industrial markets
  • Experience with mobile/modular water systems, rentals, or BOO models.
  • Strong commercial acumen and deal-closing capability
  • Ability to operate in a matrixed organization and influence without direct authority
  • Willingness to travel as required (30-50%)

Job Description:
  • Lead commercial sales activities for both Bridge (Short-term) and BOO projects.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline across key markets (industrial, energy, municipal, etc.)
  • Engage directly with customers to understand needs and position a tailored mobile solution.s
  • Partner with regional sales managers to identify, develop, and close mobile water opportunities
  • Develop technical solutions, pricing strategies, and commercial terms to win business.s
  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to ensure feasible and competitive offerings.
  • Lead contract negotiations and drive deals through to close
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
