We offer a collaborative, team-oriented environment along with competitive compensation and generous benefitsIf you're highly analytical, strategic, and skilled with problem-solving, we want to hear from you!WHAT YOU'LL DO AS OUR CLINICAL IMAGING R&D SPECIALIST:Create connections with clinician application leaders (traveling when needed) to learn their workflows, identify their requirements and company objectives, and ensure our products fully meet their needsIdentify clinician workflows and visualization goals for targeted applications and appropriately define requirementsPerform clinical research for design requirements, gather data from studies and evaluations, and clearly present informationEnsure products are safe, effective, and in alignment with user needs by conducting validation tests and coordinating with product and realization teamsPrepare detailed documents, plans, studies, and research reportsEducate users on our technology, best practices, and efficient workflows to support seamless adoption and utilization for their needsWHAT WE'RE OFFERING:Competitive salary of $140,000 - $200,000/year (based on experience and qualifications)Stock optionsMedicalDentalVision401(k) retirement planAPPLY IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS:ARDMS (or equivalent) certification in abdomen OR two additional active general imaging or vascular credentials5+ years of related experience operating ultrasound equipment in a clinical or medical setting2+ years of direct experience in R&D ultrasound image optimization and system development for general imaging applications (abdominal, small parts, vascular, pediatrics, etc.)Clinical ultrasound teaching experienceCommercial ultrasound system installation experienceResidence in or willingness to relocate to the Santa Clara areaProficient English communication skillsOur Clinical Imaging R&D Specialist also needs at least one of the following:Completion of a 3-year program in diagnostic medical sonography or ultrasound technologyCompletion of a 2- to 3-year program in a related allied health field AND a 1 year post-diploma program in diagnostic medical sonography from an accredited institutionOur ideal candidate has a "can-do" attitude, a team mentality, close attention to detail, and a drive to keep improving. The ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and implement the right solutions would be beneficial.
