We're a very busy dermatology practice in Boca Raton seeking a Full-Time Medical Assistant to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a friendly, professional environment, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to quality and compassion to join our team.
Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Assist dermatologist with medical and cosmetic procedures
  • Prepare exam rooms and sterilize instruments
  • Record patient histories, vital signs, and treatment information
  • Manage patient flow to ensure efficient scheduling
  • Perform phlebotomy, injections, and specimen handling as needed
  • Educate patients on post-procedure care and medications
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications
  • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred
  • Previous experience in dermatology or a medical office setting strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of EMR systems
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for patient care
