    • 18 years of age or older
    • CNA or HCA certificationREQUIRED (Please do not apply if you do not have this certification)
    • A high school graduate or have a GED or previous work experience
    • Have a desire to work with the elderly in an environment that upholds their privacy, dignity, choice, independence, and individuality
    • Previous Med Tech and Caregiving Experience a MUST
    • Have the ability to recognize and address problems promptly and appropriately
    • Possess appropriate communication skills to foster and maintain positive relations with residents, families, physicians, state officials, Company staff, and outside healthcare agencies
    • Able and willing to work flexible hours to meet the requirements of the job
    • Good character and a continuing reputation of personal integrity
    • Desire to deliver exceptional customer service that PRODUCE SMILES from our residents
