Position Summary:

ReCor Medical is seeking talented MBA candidates for a summer internship in our Market Access Team. This internship serves as a stepping-stone to potential full-time roles within our commercial teams. As an intern, you will work on projects that directly influence our reimbursement strategies and business operations, gaining valuable insights into the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct detailed market and publication research to identify industry trends, competitive dynamics, and potential growth opportunities.

  • Conduct research to support the economic value proposition of uRDN for hospitals and health systems.

  • Review research articles and analyze data to understand the lifetime management cost of hypertension patients.

  • Research and assist commercial teams in better understanding the site economics for facilities performing uRDN.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of reimbursement strategies to enhance access and product adoption.

  • Engage in cross-functional team meetings, offering insights and strategic recommendations to senior leaders.

  • Present project outcomes and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and peers at the end of the internship.

Requirements

  • Current full-time MBA candidate, with the first year completed by Summer 2026.

  • 3 to 5+ years of professional work experience, demonstrated the ability to work independently and with a track record of success.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen interest in healthcare and health economics.

  • Global mindset, capable of working in diverse, multicultural environments.

  • Interns are expected to work onsite at the Palo Alto office five days a week throughout the 12week internship period.

  • Permanent authorization to work in the United States.

Salary range: $25/Hr - $30/Hr

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
