Bachelor’s degree in Education, valid state Teaching license or certification, and 1+ years Teaching experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position offers a rewarding opportunity to guide learners through the academic year, starting August 24, 2026, and concluding June 5, 2027, in a supportive educational environment near Westland, MI.

As a full-time math teacher, you will engage with a diverse group of students, delivering lessons that foster both understanding and enthusiasm for math. You'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact, working collaboratively with fellow educators and support staff.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Michigan teaching certificate with a Math endorsement (please include all current licenses and certifications when applying)
  • Proven experience or strong interest in teaching general education math at the high school level
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate students of varying backgrounds and skill levels
