Job Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor instructional staff to effectively deliver individualized instruction.
  • Staff Development: Support employee growth by providing direct, on-the-job training to instructors.
  • Student Management: Manage student learning progress, behavior, and engagement during sessions.
  • Instruction: Teach and tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and tools.
  • Parent Communication: Build relationships with families, communicate student progress, and answer questions.
  • Sales & Enrollment: Respond promptly to incoming leads and successfully enroll new students.
  • Director Support: Assist the Center Director with administering student assessments and building custom learning plans.

Qualifications

  • Availability: Must be able to work a weekly schedule of Monday–Thursday 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM & Sundays 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
  • Math Competency: Exceptional math skills through at least Algebra 2.
  • Education Passion: A true love for working with students and a desire to cultivate teamwork.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and parent-communication skills.
  • Tech Savvy: General proficiency in computer and software skills.
  • Coachability: Eagerness to learn and implement new training methodologies.
  • Employment Requirements: Pass a math literacy test, provide valid work authorization, and pass a criminal background check.
