Join our Warehouse team at an online auction and retail company! We're seeking Full-Time Material Handlers and Putaway Associates for our Denton, TX facility.

This team keeps product moving — unloading and loading trucks and ensuring inventory flows smoothly to our production teams.

Schedule: Monday – Thursday

  • 5:00 AM – 4:00 PM - Material Handlers
  • 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM - Putaway Associates
  • Pay: $18/hr

About the Role

We're looking for reliable team members to join our warehouse operations as Material Handlers and Putaway Associates. These roles support the flow of inventory throughout the building and help keep our operation running smoothly and safely.


What You'll Do:


Material Handler

• Keep product flowing to our processing team.

• Load and unload trucks.

• Move incoming freight to the correct staging or storage areas.

• Support picking, packing, and general warehouse tasks as needed.

• Use pallet jacks or other equipment after training.

• Follow all safety procedures and report hazards.

• Work with a sense of urgency while staying safe and accurate.


Putaway Associate

• Receive and scan incoming products into the system.

• Move items to their proper bin or storage location.

• Maintain accurate inventory counts during putaway.

• Keep aisles and storage areas organized and accessible.

• Communicate issues with product, labeling, or damaged items.

• Balance speed and safety to complete putaway work efficiently.


What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics, ideally in material handling and/or putaway roles.

• Comfortable being on your feet, lifting, and carrying in a fast-paced setting.

• Good attention to detail and the ability to stay focused.

• Reliable attendance.

• A sense of urgency without cutting corners on safety or quality.

• Ability to follow instructions and work well with the team.


Requirements:

Physical Requirements

• Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs, and assist others with items over 50 lbs.

• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and use hands throughout a [CONFIRM: 10 or 12]-hour shift.

• Work in warehouse conditions that are not climate-controlled, with varying temperatures.
