Currently providing services in 10 major metropolitan areas across the United States, our veterinarians provide comfort-oriented end-of-life care for companion animals.
The Position
The Director of Revenue Operations will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth across all markets by aligning marketing, sales, partnerships, and operational strategies. This is a highly collaborative role that will serve as a key driver of new client acquisition, brand awareness, and market expansion. The ideal candidate will bring both analytical rigor and empathy to the role, understanding not only how to grow a multi-market business efficiently but also how to maintain the deep trust and sensitivity our services require.
Specific Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities for new service offerings, pricing optimization, and client engagement to increase lifetime value.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy across current and future markets.
  • Monitor key performance metrics across marketing, sales, and client services to assess ROI and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate on marketing efforts including digital campaigns, local outreach, and content creation to drive brand awareness, lead generation and conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to maintain and elevate a brand that reflects compassion and trust.
  • Guide local market marketing strategies to support individualized growth plans.
  • Lead and refine the client acquisition process from inquiry to conversion.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with veterinary practices, referral networks, and pet industry stakeholders.
  • Develop and train regional teams on growth strategies and best practices aligned with our mission-driven approach.
  • Oversee the performance of individual markets, identifying bottlenecks and providing support to improve client growth.
  • Evaluate new geographic markets for expansion and lead go-to-market strategy in partnership with executive leadership.
  • Partner with regional leadership to align service capacity with demand generation.
  • Work closely with Operations and Marketing to ensure seamless delivery and a positive client experience.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, operations, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales, marketing, or growth leadership roles
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and market growth in a multi-market organization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and change

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the in-home pet hospice industry
  • Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
