Now Hiring: 3rd Shift SIPs Shaper - $19-$21/hr + $1.25 Shift Premium | Holland, MI
Full-Time | Manufacturing | Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
This is a long-term, full-time contract-to-hire position with room to grow.
As a SIPs Shaper, you will be working in a manufacturing and production environment, shaping and finishing Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) using hand tools and blueprints. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in manufacturing who enjoys precision work and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Shape and finish Structural Insulated Panels using a variety of hand tools
  • Follow blueprint specifications and technical drawings
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and safety on every job
  • Collaborate with production team to meet daily targets
  • Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and handling panels

Pay & Benefits:
  • $19-$21/hour based on experience
  • +$1.25/hour 2nd shift premium
  • Weekly pay
  • Contract-to-hire with potential for long-term employment

Qualifications:
  • At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or production role
