Located in a state-of-the-art, 5,000 square-foot sports medicine facility in Woodburn, our onsite rehabilitation center provides a dynamic and supportive work environment. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant, allowing for a rich exchange of ideas and techniques that enhance patient care. • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their specific needs and create personalized treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage a case load of two patients per hour, ensuring each individual receives focused and tailored therapy.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, to maximize mobility and functional gains.
• Educate patients about their conditions and recovery processes while motivating them to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans in our electronic medical records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulations.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with healthcare colleagues to optimize patient care and share best practices.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment regimens to enhance recovery efforts and outcomes.

Our practice primarily focuses on orthopedic patients, many of whom are covered by private insurance. We cater to a diverse range of individuals, from athletes recovering from sports injuries to adults managing post-surgical rehabilitation. This variety allows for the application of broad skill sets and treatment strategies, enabling therapists to grow professionally while meeting the unique needs of each patient.

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Woodburn, OR, with a clean record free from board actions or disciplinary measures.
• Strong foundation in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise development.
• Proficient in using EMR software platforms, particularly WebPT, to manage patient documentation effectively.

• A minimum of two years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable, demonstrating a track record of successful patient outcomes.
• Experience with evidence-based practices and the ability to customize treatment plans according to patient progress and feedback.

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
