This is a full-time sales role with a clear path to leadership. Our client promotes 100% from within — every manager started in this exact position. You will learn the business from the ground up with a dedicated mentor.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

You will be fully supported from your very first day by a one-on-one coach who will teach you every part of our community-based operation. Once trained, you will:

  • Meet face-to-face with business ownersand professionals to understand what their teams need.
  • Deliver simple, straightforward presentations to help businesses understand the supplemental insurance options available to their employees.
  • Enroll clients and manage your own relationships and schedule
  • Take full ownership of your own schedule, appointments, enrollments, and follow-ups.
  • Build and manage your own client relationships
  • Follow a proven sales process with daily activity expectations
  • Participate in structured training, coaching, and leadership development

Who We're Looking For

    • Backgrounds as warehouse leads, shift supervisors, restaurant captains, or assistant managers are a plus
    • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a new skill set
    • Comfortable talking to new people and handling rejection
    • Coachable and able to follow a system
    • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
    • Willing to complete state licensing (full support provided)
