Our applications are PCI compliant and fully integrated with major ERP/accounting systems, including QuickBooks, Sage, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Epicor, Acumatica, and major online shopping carts, including Magento and WooCommerce. Join the leading automation company in the payments space and contribute to the development of our ever-expanding library of integrated product solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned ERP software professional to play a critical role in bringing our products to market.
Responsibilities:
  • Define and promote the vision for existing and new product integrations.
  • Scope, prioritize, and manage product integration projects through all phases of development, from inception to deployment.
  • Collaborate closely and liaise with all Product Development team members such as developers, UX/UI designers, QA, and the leadership team to recommend solutions and offer user-inspired guidance for enhancing our new and existing EBizCharge product integrations.
  • Lead Agile Product Development meetings such as Backlog Groomings, Sprint Plannings, Scrum Standups, and Sprint Retrospectives.
  • Lead troubleshooting calls with customers as needed.
  • Train stakeholders on product features and workflows thru internal product demos.
  • Provide consultation as the subject matter expert for product related questions originating internally and externally.
  • Help troubleshoot, escalate, and prioritize reported product issues to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Utilize and update process flow documentation and training guides to assist team members.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience using, implementing, or managing product development for ERP applications is required.
  • 2+ years of experience as a scrum master or product manager running Agile ceremonies is required
  • 2+ years of experience heavily using Jira including setting up and customizing boards, creating reports, and tracking projects is required.
  • Experience providing training and/or demonstrating products or software preferred.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers and with internal stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with exceptional troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience using Xray and Salesforce a plus.
  • Flexibility and ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working onsite in Irvine, California is required.
