Job Description

We are currently seeking a Dish Machine Operator. The Dish Machine Operators are extremely important for keeping the line moving. Without a good DMO, the entire kitchen could come to a grinding halt. It can be a challenging job at times, which is why we need people with the right skill sets. People who can work in a fast-paced environment, maintain a brisk work energy throughout their shifts, are willing to pitch in wherever needed and communicate effectively are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidates will have working knowledge of a commercial kitchen. Candidates 18 years old and older preferred.

  • Self motivated - Someone who can manage their time, advocate for themselves to get the information they need, and get tasks all the way done.

  • Work well as part of a team - You start from a place of trust and respect for yourself and those around you, share the load, and support your teammates.

  • Attention to detail - Details matter in all that we do. It is important to do accurate, careful work.

  • Maintains a clean kitchen, washes and sorts soiled dishes, keeps the dish area organized and free of clutter.

  • Appropriately washes, stack and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.

  • Practices proper sanitation procedures.

  • Assist in other duties as needed.
