Multi-Hole Machine Operator: Freeport, Illinois
Our customer in Freeport, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting a Multi-Hole Machine Operator to work full-time on 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:00pm). As a Multi-Hole Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in maintaining precision production processes, ensuring machine performance, and producing high-quality components.
Responsibilities of the Multi-Hole Machine Operator:
  • Operate and monitor multi-hole machinery to ensure consistent and efficient production.
  • Interpret subtle changes in machine performance and adjust as needed.
  • Perform die setup and alignment with precision.
  • Maintain process stability through careful attention to detail and consistency.
  • Troubleshoot issues using strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude.
  • Understand material behavior to optimize production outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively to meet production and quality standards.
Multi-Hole Machine Operator Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with complex machinery such as CNC equipment, grinders, drawing machines, or laser machines.
