HHP Inc., a leading hardwood sawmill located in Henniker, NH, is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our 2nd shift team as Lumber Stackers & General Laborers. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity to work in a supportive team environment with opportunities for growth. Employees at HHP Inc. play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our lumber production, contributing directly to our reputation for excellence in the industry.

Full-time: 2nd shift

Schedule: Mondayโ€“Thursday, 3:00 PM โ€“ 1:45 AM, with Friday hours based on production needs (40โ€“45 hours per week).

Responsibilities

  • Stack and inspect lumber to ensure quality standards are met
  • Build and prepare lumber bundles for shipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
  • Assist with general labor tasks as assigned
  • Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical
