Job Title: MongoDB / NoSQL Database Administrator

Job Type: Full - Time

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MongoDB / NoSQL DBA to manage and support MongoDB environments, with the ability to quickly contribute and transition into broader NoSQL database administration across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, monitor, and maintain MongoDB databases for performance, availability, and security
  • Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching
  • Handle backup, recovery, replication, and sharding
  • Optimize database performance, queries, and indexing
  • Support schema design and database development activities
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide on-call support
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance standards
  • Expand support to other NoSQL databases as needed

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB administration
