What You'll Work On:

  • Maintain, secure, and optimize RHEL-based systems, including patching, STIG implementation, and hardening.
  • Design and develop Python scripts and tooling for automation, monitoring, and compliance reporting.
  • Manage and support virtualized environments such as KVM, QEMU, or Proxmox, and containerized workloads for development and testing.
  • Implement and maintain security compliance measures such as STIGs, vulnerability scanning, and remediation pipelines.
  • Support and improve network monitoring and testing infrastructure.
  • Apply configuration management best practices using Ansible for automated provisioning and configuration.
  • Author and maintain technical documentation such as system descriptions, implementation guides, and user guides.
  • Advance the team's adoption of automated testing, including unit, integration, and performance.

Join us. The world can't wait.

  • 3+ years of experience leveraging Python for automation and custom tooling
  • Experience with security compliance, implementing STIGs such as RHEL, SQL, and VM, performing security scanning, and driving remediation
  • Experience with virtualization technologies, including hypervisors such as KVM, QEMU, or Proxmox
