This is an opportunity to learn the staffing and consulting industry from experienced professionals while building a network of clinical research talent across the U.S.

Whether you're a recent graduate or have a few years of experience, we're looking for someone who is naturally curious, highly driven, and excited to build a career in recruiting.

What You'll Do

As an Associate Recruiter, you'll help identify, engage, and build relationships with Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and other life sciences professionals who support some of the industry's leading pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and recruiting Life Sciences professionals nationwide
  • Conducting candidate interviews and qualification calls
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with consultants
  • Making approximately 50 planned outbound calls per day
  • Collecting professional references and validating candidate experience
  • Researching organizations, reporting structures, and industry trends
  • Generating market intelligence and identifying new candidate leads
  • Maintaining accurate records and activity within our recruiting systems
  • Partnering with senior recruiters and account managers to support client needs

What Success Looks Like

During your first year, you'll focus on learning the business, developing your network, and becoming a trusted resource within the clinical research community.

A successful first year typically includes:

  • Building a strong network of Life Sciences professionals
  • Developing expertise within the Clinical Research market
  • Establishing a reputation as a trusted resource to candidates
  • Placing and managing approximately 10 consultants on active projects

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confidence on the phone and ability to initiate conversations
  • Strong work ethic and self-discipline
  • Resilience and persistence when facing challenges
  • Natural curiosity and desire to learn
  • Relationship-focused mindset
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Competitive spirit with a team-first attitude
