If you are a motivated self-starter who is always able to provide amazing customer service, then this is your opportunity for a rewarding career with excellent income and growth potential. If you are willing to learn and be trained, we can teach you everything you need to know about working in the ever-growing insurance industry. We will help you get licensed to begin your career in the insurance industry! We have been in business for 16 years and pride ourselves on the mentorship and training of new insurance agents. We offer a professional and neat office environment, including scheduled appointments, but have fun while we work hard. Our main focus is to educate our clients to ensure they are making the right decisions to get the coverage they need.

Responsibilities
  • Your relationship-building skill set will be put to use by fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention and satisfaction with follow-up appointments
  • With your keen attention to detail, youll be assisting clients with policy changes, updating client information, and scheduling appointments
  • Use your savvy skills to cross-selling and rounding out client accounts
  • Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in educating and advising clients on their policies

Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • A Property & Casualty license is a bonus.
  • A team player who is goal-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Tech-savvy, with basic computer software knowledge, and self-starter with the ability to prioritize.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional phone and office etiquette.
