• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to understand the mental health needs of patients, employing evidence-based practices to determine suitable treatment plans tailored to individual objectives.
• Deliver short-term individual counseling sessions for patients navigating various mental health concerns, employing interventions that foster resilience and coping strategies.
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and workshops aimed at enhancing personal development and addressing mental well-being through structured interventions.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams within the organization, including medical staff and support personnel, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives, organizing mental health awareness campaigns and wellness events to promote mental health education and reduce stigma.
• Keep meticulous and confidential records of patient interactions and therapy sessions, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements.

In this role, you will primarily serve adults and adolescents who face various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. Your ability to understand the unique challenges each patient experiences, especially in the context of outpatient care, will enable you to provide tailored support that enhances their emotional well-being and overall health.

• Must possess an active state license, such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor's degree is required, with preference for advanced degrees in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Demonstrated understanding of mental health challenges among diverse populations, with the ability to adapt therapeutic approaches accordingly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with patients and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices relevant to individual and group therapy, particularly in an outpatient setting.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing direct mental health counseling in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Experience in facilitating group therapy sessions or workshops targeting personal development and coping strategies.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and psychological assessment tools.

• Annual salary of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
