Janitor $18 Hour

Location: Hemet, CA

Schedule:  Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm, 1 hour lunch

Duration:  3 months, until October 31, 2026

Overview of Position:

We are seeking a Janitor for an over 55’s Community in Hemet.  This is a Full Time position, with occasional flexibility to work extended hours for events at the community. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set Coffee each morning upon arrival. 
• Maintain cleanliness in offices, common areas, Ballroom and function rooms, Library, restrooms.
• Empty waste baskets and remove trash to dumpster.
• Windows – very important, clean windows, dust Window Sills, vacuum tracks for sliding doors.
• Floor maintenance sweeping, mopping and vacuuming.
• Clean bathrooms, stalls, sinks, floors, glass and fixtures, refill soap and paper towel dispensers.
• Ballroom – clean and set up room, replace table cloths, before or after events.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior Janitorial or Custodial experience required.
• Flexible to work occasional overtime, and weekends (very rarely).   
• Background check required
