  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect meaningfully with patients and collaborate effectively with a diverse medical team.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, managing a varied caseload and prioritizing tasks efficiently to meet patient needs.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on counseling experience, particularly with hospital patients or in similar high-pressure environments.
  • Experience in facilitating group therapy sessions or workshops designed to promote emotional resilience and stress management.
  • Prior participation in mental health outreach or community engagement programs is highly beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, a robust retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
  • Access to continued education resources and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and advance your career.
  • Participate in a supportive work culture alongside a team of dedicated mental health professionals, where collaboration and shared goals are key.
