While this position is primarily remote, our counselors are encouraged to utilize our state-of-the-art outpatient facilities as needed. • Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to identify patients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to those needs.
• Provide short-term individual counseling sessions and crisis intervention services, addressing acute mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns.
• Facilitate therapy groups and workshops that address relevant themes such as coping strategies, stress relief, and self-care practices, ensuring a supportive environment for personal development.
• Collaborate with hospital departments including medical teams and patient support services to ensure that each patient receives comprehensive care that reflects a multidisciplinary approach.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness, participate in wellness events, and advocate for prevention programs.
• Maintain and update accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with all ethical and legal standards, ensuring continuity of care and effective follow-up.

Our center serves a diverse patient demographic, ranging from adolescents to adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. As a therapist, you will work closely with individuals dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, relationship difficulties, and trauma-related conditions. Understanding and addressing cultural sensitivities and unique community needs is integral to fostering an inclusive therapeutic environment.

• Possess an active state license: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of mental health challenges, particularly within the hospital setting, and familiarity with evidence-based practices and brief therapy models suitable for a counseling center.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect meaningfully with patients and collaborate effectively with a diverse medical team.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, managing a varied caseload and prioritizing tasks efficiently to meet patient needs.

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on counseling experience, particularly with hospital patients or in similar high-pressure environments.
• Experience in facilitating group therapy sessions or workshops designed to promote emotional resilience and stress management.
• Prior participation in mental health outreach or community engagement programs is highly beneficial.

• Competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
