• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the unique psychological needs and challenges faced by patients, especially those dealing with end-of-life circumstances.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create a cohesive care plan, sharing insights and observations that enhance overall treatment outcomes.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Liberty Consultation and Counseling Center, you will primarily work with diverse populations, including individuals and families facing the challenges of terminal illness, grief, and loss. Your role is pivotal in providing emotional support and facilitating coping strategies that enhance quality of life in these sensitive situations.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LICSW license to practice in the state of Washington.
