A Taste of What You'll Do
As a Packaging Tech 2, you will play a key role in supporting bottling operations by safely operating production equipment and maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment. Each day brings opportunities to make an impact by helping ensure our products are packaged with the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and care. You'll stay engaged on the production floor by monitoring equipment, performing routine quality checks, and responding quickly to changing operational needs. You must be able to effectively multitask, as you will be working on multiple tasks.
You'll also contribute to our culture of teamwork and continuous improvement by assisting with the development and upkeep of standard work processes, job aids, and operational procedures. Whether you're loading glass, performing data entry, or participating in improvement initiatives, your commitment to safety, quality, and reliability will help keep our bottling operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in supporting day-to-day production success.
Shift: Second shift - 4:45am-3:15 pm -Monday-Thursday
What You'll Need
  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 2 years' experience in beverage production, manufacturing, or operations.
  • Must be able to regularly lift, carry, or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to repetitively lift and uncase glass cases onto a conveyer belt.
  • Required to work any assigned shift (day, swing, graveyard, 5x8, 4x10); required to work weekends and overtime when necessary.
  • Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
  • Basic knowledge of data entry into production/quality systems
  • Required to comply with company GMP policies.
  • Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
  • Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You'll Stand Out
