Express Employment Professionals of Lakewood is seeking a full time Leasing Agent for a luxury property managment company in Cleveland.

Pay: $18

Type: Full-time, temp-to-perm

Location: Cleveland, OH

Schedule: 1st shift


Overview: Facilitate operations related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals; interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.


Requirements:

  • Must have prior experience in residential property leasing or property management
  • Excellent computer skills and Microsoft Office proficient
  • Experience using Yardi software
  • Candidates with prior housing or real estate experience will also be considered
  • Excellent professional customer service and communication skills
  • HS Diploma/GED


Responsibilities:

  • Engage and follow up on all inquiries from prospective residents
  • Market vacant units and conduct property tours to prospective residents
  • Manage application process for prospective residents: credit checks, income verification, and all application documentation
  • Draft and process new and renewal leases for current and prospective residents
  • Schedule move-in/move-outs
  • Be knowledgable with property, amenities, features and local community
  • Inspect model suites daily, including rented vacant suites prior to move-in
  • Ensure all property literature is current, presentable, and attractive for distribution
  • Periodically conduct market surveys to analyze competitors
  • Plan and coordinate events to promote resident retention
  • Provide customer service to current residents
  • Administrative duties pertinent to the operation of the office including, but not limited to: typing, filing, answering phones, handling mail, recordkeeping, and collecting rents
