Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Parts Counter Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent customer service skills and a strong knowledge of automotive parts.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and purchasing the correct parts.
  • Answer phone calls, provide price quotes, and assist with parts inquiries.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure parts are stocked and organized.
  • Process orders and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve dealership goals.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Previous experience as a Parts Counter Person or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and inventory management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
