I'm hiring for a Hospital Laboratory Director in Tennessee! There is potential for 15k sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and incentive bonus up to 17.5%.

The Hospital Laboratory Director directs operations, programs and activities to meet organizational and regulatory requirements and to drive innovation; ensures adequate and qualified staffing for the department through timeliness and consistency of staff hiring, orientation, competency, training, performance feedback and performance management; develops and recognizes staff through coaching and regular feedback; and more!

Location: Near Ooltewah, TN
Type: Full-time and permanent
Shift: Days
Requirements: College degree; ASCP certification; TN license; prior experience, including 3 years in management
Pay: 93k-120k/yr
