The Advanced Scheduler plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective coordination of appointments, procedures, and resources within a healthcare setting. This position is responsible for managing complex scheduling needs that support patient care delivery and optimize the use of clinical and administrative staff time. The Advanced Scheduler collaborates closely with healthcare providers, patients, and administrative teams to maintain accurate and timely schedules that align with organizational priorities and patient needs. By proactively identifying scheduling conflicts and resolving them promptly, this role helps to minimize patient wait times and maximize operational efficiency. Ultimately, the Advanced Scheduler contributes to a seamless patient experience and supports the overall mission of providing high-quality healthcare services.

We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Full Time, Advanced Scheduler at Windsor Center for Albany Gastroenterology Consultants in Albany, NY.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in scheduling or administrative support within a healthcare environment.
  • Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and scheduling software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
