Full Time Keyholders are retail employees responsible for opening and closing the store, managing cash, and ensuring the security of the premises. In addition to typical sales associate duties, they often supervise staff, handle customer issues, and act as leaders when management is not present. This role usually requires strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to handle extra responsibility. Full Time Keyholders play a crucial role in daily store operations, making sure everything runs smoothly and securely.

What are the primary responsibilities of a full time keyholder during opening and closing shifts?
