Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM

JOB SUMMARY:ย The Rates and Billing Specialist is responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, and rating customer bills to ensure timely and correct invoicing. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong data entry skills, and the ability to consistently meet productivity and quality standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Perform nightly billing entry at a minimum production rate ofย 42 bills per hour.
  • Accurately enter all required billing information into company systems.
  • Apply negotiated contract rates during the nightly rating process.
  • Review billing documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify customer, shipment, and pricing information prior to processing.
  • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and exceptions.
  • Perform manual billing by accurately entering invoice information into customer online portals.
  • Maintain established productivity and accuracy standards.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and quality expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and management to support department goals.
  • Handle sensitive customer and company information with confidentiality and professionalism.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
