The Inventory Coordinator manages warehouse inventory, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring optimal stock levels. The Inventory Coordinator ensures materials and products are available to meet operational and customer needs, coordinates parts for various projects and delivers parts locally. They will also perform all shipping and receiving of parts and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring stock levels are up to demand.
  • Prepare inventory for internal distribution or outbound shipment as needed
  • Receive and verify incoming materials; process shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Ensure inventory is organized, accessible, and stored according to safety and quality standards
  • Deliver parts locally to designated locations, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Monitor warehouse organization and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Provide regular reports on inventory levels, order status, and shipment tracking.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances.
  • Assist with physical inventories and audits.
  • Perform other duties as requested.

Requirements
