POSITION: INVENTORY CONTROL SPECIALIST

Hours - 1st shift - 7:30-4:00 PM - M-F On Site

Pay Rate - $23.00 - $30.00 Depending on experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

โ€ข Effective Inventory process & control to meet business goals. (i.e., Accuracy, Service, turns).

โ€ข Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity.

โ€ข Inventory support, identifying missing material, and inventory cycle counts.

โ€ข Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.

โ€ข Move material, equipment, or supplies from docks and storage areas to production areas.

โ€ข Provide inventory accuracy and financial reports from cycle counting.

โ€ข Lead annual physical inventories.

โ€ข Ensure inventory control within the Supermarket

โ€ข Drive execution of improvements in inventory systems across sites and between sites

โ€ข Identify opportunities for improvement in inventory accuracy

โ€ข Work with 3rd party storage locations

โ€ข Return inventory to stock after production builds


QUALIFICATIONS:

โ€ข Office Suite, Facilities management software. Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Excel (Required)

โ€ข Manufacturing 2 year (Preferred)

โ€ข Lean Manufacturing/Warehouse environment

โ€ข ERP system experience Jobboss2 experience a plus

โ€ข Raw Material sheet metal
