Job description

Property Manager

Empire Property Management • Easton, PA • Full-Time • On-Site

About Us

The Empire Property Family of Companies is a vertically integrated real estate platform headquartered in Easton, PA, spanning property management, construction, brokerage, title and settlement, and capital services. We manage and maintain residential properties across the Lehigh Valley and Northeastern Pennsylvania, and we're growing. When you join Empire, you join a team that values ownership, straight talk, and doing the job right the first time.

About the Role

We're looking for a Property Manager to own the day-to-day performance of a portfolio of residential rental properties. You'll be the go-to for tenants, drive leasing and rent collection, keep units turning, and work hand-in-hand with our maintenance team and vendors to deliver 5-star service. You'll have an administrative assistant team supporting you and a Sr. Account Manager backing you up, real support, real accountability, and a clear path to grow with a company that promotes from within.

What You'll Do

  • Run the daily operations of your portfolio: occupancy, rent collection, delinquency follow-up, lease enforcement, and unit turnover.

  • Be the primary point of contact for tenants, resolving issues quickly and professionally.

  • Own leasing from inquiry through move-in: marketing, showings, screening, and lease execution.

  • Handle notices, payment arrangements, and eviction filings, including court appearances.

  • Conduct move-in, move-out, and routine property inspections.

  • Coordinate work orders, unit turns, and projects with our in-house maintenance team and vendors.

  • Supervise and develop your Property Management Administrative Assistant.

  • Deliver accurate portfolio reporting on occupancy, delinquency, leasing, and maintenance.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of property management or related experience with direct tenant-facing responsibility.

  • Working knowledge of landlord-tenant law, fair housing, and the eviction process.

  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

  • The ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Bonus Points

  • AppFolio experience.

  • Prior supervisory or team lead experience.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 55-65k plus benefits, based on experience.

Equal Opportunity

Empire is an equal opportunity employer. We follow the spirit and intent of all federal, state, and local employment laws and are committed to equal employment opportunity for all.
