About Us:

TNCR Property Management is a trusted leader in the property management industry, committed to providing exceptional service and value to both property owners and residents. We are currently hiring a **Property Manager Assistant** for our Commerce, CA office to support our growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

Position Summary:

The Property Manager Assistant plays a critical support role in day-to-day operations. This position assists the Property Manager with tenant communications, maintenance coordination, leasing processes, and general office duties. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish, detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in property management workflows and software such as AppFolio or similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing daily property operations and tenant relations
  • Support with lease processing, renewals, moveins, and moveouts
  • Help coordinate and track maintenance requests and vendor work orders
  • Communicate professionally with tenants, vendors, and ownership
  • Assist with rent collection and basic accounting tasks
  • Maintain accurate documentation and update records in AppFolio or similar database
  • Ensure compliance with landlordtenant laws and company procedures
  • Prepare notices, reports, and lease documents as requested
  • Support eviction processes under guidance of the Property Manager
  • Help schedule inspections and follow up on open items
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high property performance
  • Qualifications:
      1.2โ€“5 years of experience in property management or real estate support
      2. Proficient in AppFolio or other property management software
      3. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
      4. Fluent in English and Spanish โ€“ Required
      5.Familiarity with California rental laws and tenant-landlord regulations
      6.Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills
      7.Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
      8.Professional and team-oriented attitude
      9.Ability to follow processes and handle sensitive tasks responsibly
