Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Millwrights for projects located in or around Boise, ID.  This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $34/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Millwright and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:      

  • Perform general Millwright duties in a manufacturing environment
  • Weld, grind, and perform mechanical fabrication and maintenance tasks
  • Lift, remove, install, and replace parts and equipment
  • Work with motors, controls, and related mechanical components
  • Follow all site safety procedures and manufacturer requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Work effectively as part of a team while meeting project requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous Millwright or industrial mechanical experience
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and removing equipment and parts
  • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing and clean-room environment
  • Strong commitment to safety and following procedures
  • Ability to successfully complete the required interview process prior to starting
  • Welding and grinding experience preferred
