Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Skilled Nursing Facility
Location: Rutland, Vermont (Local Candidates Only)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Shifts Available: Day Shift & Night Shift


Job Summary:

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at a respected Skilled Nursing Facility in Rutland, VT. This is an excellent opportunity for local CNAs who are committed to providing high-quality care and support to residents in a long-term care environment. We are hiring for both day and night shift positions.


Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

  • Provide support with feeding and meal service

  • Take and record vital signs, weights, and other observations as needed

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other healthcare team members

  • Promote a clean, safe, and supportive environment for all residents

  • Report changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staff

  • Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times


Qualifications:
  • Current CNA certification in the state of Vermont (required)

  • Must be a local candidate (no travel or relocation assistance provided)

  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care preferred, but new CNAs are welcome to apply
