Job description

Job Summary

Producer should have experience quoting and selling the following products:
Personal auto, commercial auto, workers' compensation, statutory disability

general liability etc.

Major Responsibilities
Customer Service

1) Acts as a liaison between insured's and insurance company as necessary
2) Provides insured(s), with timely and periodic status updates of their insurance policy
3) Establish, maintain, and update files, databases, records, and/or other documents for recurring
internal reports.
File System Management
1) Compiles documents files and enters information into the office data management
system.
2) Assure that all insured's files are complete and in compliance with regulatory agencies and
internal polices.

Administrative Support

1) Process the documents received for each file
2) Verify the accuracy and completeness of each document
3) Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and abilities required

1) Ability to provide excellent customer service in person and on the phone
3) Ability to handle multiple tasks and frequent interruptions
4) Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and courtesy
5) Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
6) Bilingual- Fluent in English and Spanish a Must
7) Excellent records and file management skills
8) Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Gmail, Adobe Professional

Full time Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 p.m.
