We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Insurance / Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in insurance processing, treatment planning, and patient communication.
This role offers a great opportunity to support patients through their dental care treatment while ensuring smooth administrative workflows. The coordinator will serve as a vital link between patients, insurance providers, and the clinical team, fostering a positive and efficient environment for all involved.
Duties:
  • Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits to accurately determine coverage details and out-of-pocket costs for patients.
  • Explain treatment plans, financial options, and insurance benefits clearly to patients to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Submit insurance claims promptly and follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
  • Assist patients in understanding their dental insurance policies and answer questions related to coverage and billing procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, insurance information, and treatment plans by documentation.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure treatment plans align with insurance requirements and patient needs.
