You will be using your professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills to achieve agency sales goals and standards. You will be expected to come into the office for a training period, but you will be able to work from home on a hybrid schedule after training.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

• Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to develop insurance quotes. make sales presentations and close sales to meet established sales goals.

• With your keen attention to detail, you'll be processing policy changes, cross-selling and rounding out client accounts and obtaining referrals.

• Using your excellent problem-solving skills, you will be overcoming objections, following up with clients to ensure satisfaction, and educating advising clients on the best policies for their unique needs.

• With your excellent rapport-building talents, you will be building clientele via telephone prospecting, cold-calling, and warm leads obtained via referrals and other marketing activities.

Requirements

What we Require:

• Property and Casualty General Lines is Required.

• 2+ Years Successful Sales Career in Insurance is required

• Ability to generate new business through lead generation, referrals and networking

• Ability to call leads we provide

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
